Option Agreement
An Option agreement is in its essence a written agreement between the land owner and our company that acts as barrier to any cost or risk one would encounter during the planning process; shielding the land owner from these costly potential liabilities. It allows us, the company, to employ the skills and expertise necessary to manage a planning application from commencement to completion.

This method allows the client to bear none of the costs that are associated with the application process – we take all the risk.

Should the planning application fail the pit falls for the client are non-existent - they remain in the same financial position as before eliminating any risk of financial burden.
Only upon approval of the Planning would we exercise our right to buy the land for its pre-arranged uplifted value.
